My name is Alan McCarthy. I create Snapchat Geofilters in my spare time. Currently in Ireland we have Community Geofilters which you can request for your area and are free. In the future Ireland will have access to On-Demand Geofilters meaning for a small fee geofilters can be set for events eg. birthdays, festivals, weddings, house parties, businesses etc. I will keep you posted as to when these become available.
